Refund policy

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or differs from the item ordered.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Incorrect size selection by the customer - A detailed description is on the item
• Change of mind
• Product no longer wanted
• Product unsuitable for the customer's specific pet after delivery

To report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@vibranttails.com within 30 days of receiving your order and include your order number and photos of the issue.

Approved returns must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
